Joe Coyle ('10) holds a sign as the Students for a Democratic Society led "Funk the War," an anti-war protest where students danced through campus and into Madison on the fifth year anniversary of the war in Iraq.

The Drew University chapter of Students for a Democratic Society held a protest called Funk the War on March 20, the fifth aniversary of the Iraq War. The group of about a dozen students congregated outside of Brothers College and danced across campus to the library, University Center, Commons and then into Madison while blasting music out of a boom-box. Funk the War was organized by Elizabeth Jones ('11) and Campbell Payne ('11).
