This week, The Acorn ventured into the Simon Forum to discover how the average Drewid stays in shape even when the temperature drops. We asked Mohamed Ali ('10) to teach us a Ranger soccer player specialty.

Acorn: How would you go about doing this?

Mohamed Ali: Juggle the soccer ball a couple of times. Then you flick it up into the air with your foot and onto your head. Lower your head backwards so that the ball rolls onto your lips.

A: Which muscles does this exercise focus on?

M.A.: It focuses on the neck muscles and core, which usually aren't worked out like the other muscles. It requires extreme balance and coordination.

A: Who would you recommend this to?

M.A.: It's a good exercise for any athlete, though it's more of an extra skill for anyone who doesn't play soccer.
