German Klezmer musician Karsten Troyke performed Yiddish music on Sunday, following a lecture on "The Lost Yiddish Culture of Eastern Europe" by Jewish Studies Professor Allan Nadler. Troyke, who was accompanied by Jens-Peter Kruse, sang in Yiddish, Hebrew and 'Yinglish,' a mixture of English and deep Yiddish. The concert was sponsored by Drew's Center for Holocaust/Genocide Study and the Annual Hillel Pincus program.
